Why did we go after Iraq?
I think it was because of Iraq's gift of $25,000 to the family of terrorists who blew themselves to bits when attacking Israel.
Iraq supported terrorism by doing this.
It wasn't about non-compliance.
It wasn't about WMDs.
It wasn't about a direct threat to the U.S.
It was about a threat to a U.S. interest. And that interest wasn't oil.
At least that's what I think.
