Monday is the last day to comment on proposed regulations that would cut funding for HIV from organizations that said anything about condoms other than the "fact" that they are not effective in preventing the spread of disease. While I understand the viewpoint of those who believe that discussions about sex should be reserved to the private sphere, I think this viewpoint is not based on sound science.
